The Rambling State of Things (Proof-of-Life)
snooze
I frequently look back into my archives... some people like hearing themselves talk; I like reading my own words (I'm reflecting upon them, I promise! Probably). I notice it's about time I did a lil life update in this neck of the woods.
But first, some housekeeping stuff, which is on my Ko-Fi page. In short:
- comments may be disabled as I fight with spam. Why is there no easy StopForumSpam integration?
- Our Favorite Void's forums is back up and running, and OFV has been up for 1 year!
- The QCB is looking quite snazzy, including the Collections page.
Tired... so tired...
Heat intolerance is no joke. If you're like me and take not one, but two medications with this side effect, please take care of yourself! Don't be like me and get in that 8am sun on Saturday, and then end up recuperating through next Tuesday.
At least I behaved myself better at the beach. It was a little coastal town, that grew popular, and our first night there we had to try three different restaurants since they were so crowded and oh no I'm part of the problem?!

But I needed the getaway, complete with change of scenery. It is easily one of my favorite ways of resting.
Rest Is The Best
This Pride month had me staying indoors and sleeping. I've been tired quite a bit, due the aforementioned heat, but also with the constant issue of wanting to do all the things but not being about to actually do that. A lot of times, this month, the body just went "nah." More importantly, I didn't push through and I let it rest.
And I've been doing a lot! I went to GOTH PROM.

I went on a date and saw a brick!

Still playing that freakin' game!

Did some volunteering!
Got some heckin' reads in!
This Really Should've Been a Ko-Fi Update
But everything else has been behind a computer screen. I've been giving the sites a revamp, new colors, stuff like that. I've also started looking into Geminiβ the protocol, not that AI bullshit. I'll talk a little more about that in its own post.
And I've been writing a bunch. From putting together a Code of Conduct to flouncing on SpaceHey, I've put in a lot of days where I string words along. In the near future some of those'll translate to posts.
Resume: Rest
So that is all, a little post, to let y'all know I'm still up to no good.
