General Data Protection Regulation
Due to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, for short) within Europe, and the possibility that I may have European visitors, I am obligated to state:
- I must request your consent to collect only the necessary data needed via Contact, Newsletter, or Comment forms.
- You have the right to a copy of your data at your request,
- As well as request to delete your data.

What RR Tracks
The Ghost platform has options for tracking analytics. But the only thing I have checked is "Member Sources"– I like knowing where subscribers come from when they sign up (mastodon? site? somewhere else?).
But I've turned off the other stuff, like Outbound Link Tagging (I hate that, anyway!), and Newsletter opens/clicks (if your email service was worth any salt, they would have stripped out that stuff anyway).

When you subscribe or create an account- of course I'll need your email. But it'll only be for those two things. And cookies are also involved when it comes to your account, I'm certain.
