For Your Health
Pretty late in the night, but this is what I got.

Today, I took a walk with two dear people of mine. We talked: catching up and discussing health things, as you do. How to keep moving and keep the mind healthy.
I made sure to eat a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables today! There's also a few apps I can reset for the new yearβ one of those that keeps track of what you eat, your activity, stuff like that. I also need to recalibrate my diet and meal schedules to adhere to the fairly new diagnosis of chronic kidney disease.
That's not something I talk of much, because it's so intimidating and scary. But the best ways to alleviate it are better eating habits, exercise, and managing conditions that'll make things worse. It's been stabilized since I've been treating my high blood pressure; now I got to do better with the pre-diabetic things.
Mental health is a big issue in the Black queer community, too. I've been keeping that regulated with doctors, medications, and doing what I need to do (self-care, healthy coping mechanisms, emotion management and the like).
My annual physical (including STI testing) is due next month.
Pretty late in the night, but this is what I got.
